What we collect

To make and post your order we collect your name, email address, postal address, optional phone number, your business name, your Google review link, and any logo you upload.

Why we keep it

To print your stand, post it to you, send your receipt and tracking, and to answer you if you contact us later about that order.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our server. We store only Stripe's reference for your payment.

Who else sees it

Australia Post receives the delivery address so it can deliver. Stripe receives what it needs to take the payment. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Uploaded logos are deleted once your order has shipped and any replacement window has passed.

Your choices

Use the contact form to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep.
