Who you are buying from

Five Star Stand is an Australian sole trader business based in New South Wales. Reach us through the contact form.

What you are buying

A printed countertop stand with an NFC chip sealed inside. The chip is programmed with the Google review link you give us at checkout. It is a physical product. There is no account, no subscription and no ongoing fee.

Made to order

Every stand is printed for you after you pay, using the details you supply. Because of that we cannot resell a returned stand. Please check the preview and your review link carefully before paying.

If something is wrong

If your stand arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching the preview you approved, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude.

If you simply change your mind, or you gave us the wrong review link, we are not able to offer a refund on a made-to-order item — but get in touch and we will do what we reasonably can.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia is included in the price. We post overseas as well, and the postage is shown before you pay.

Most orders are printed and posted within two business days. After that, delivery is up to Australia Post: usually a few days inside Australia, and five to ten business days overseas.

Any customs duty or import tax charged in your own country is not included and is not something we can pay on your behalf.

Your review link

You are responsible for giving us the correct link for your own business. We check that it is a Google address, but we cannot verify that a listing belongs to you.

Reviews

This product opens your public Google review page. It does not screen, filter or select who is invited to review you. Offering rewards for reviews, or only asking happy customers, breaks Google's policies and may cost you your reviews — please do not do it.
